Deepika is a highly qualified and experienced Yoga & Mat Pilates Instructor with an RYT® 500 Certification, is internationally accredited and recognised by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia. She has over 1,500 teaching hours of experience, having taught in gyms, studios, offices, and schools all around Sydney.
